Return Policy
Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be returned within 14 days of the ship date received. NVD will not accept any returns after 14 days.
Exchanges
We do not do exchanges. Reason being, product quantity is limited. if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.
However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.
Custom Orders
custom items Cannot be returned for a refund, only store credit.
Return by Mail
- Please fill out our return slip below and include your original invoice with item(s) being returned. Kindly note without providing an order number there may be a delay in your return process.
- Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging (if possible). Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all parts & accessories) with tags attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Your digital return label will be emailed to you to print and secure to the package to ship back.
